Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Timdara Games.

Physical games and products

Unopened physical products purchased directly from Timdara Games may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and, where applicable, have the original shrinkwrap intact.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions. Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns made because of a change of mind or an unwanted purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, is missing components, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us with your order information and, when helpful, photographs of the problem. We will work with you to provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate remedy at no additional cost.

Do not return a damaged or defective product until we provide instructions.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have entered fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, the normal return policy applies.

Commercium launch reservations

The $1 Commercium launch reservation is not a physical product and is not covered by the physical-product return policy. The reservation fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Only one $6 Gamefound launch credit will be provided per customer/email address.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
